研磨范围（直径）： 1-30mm 2-40mm
特点：JHC系列无心磨床，适用停止式研磨和通过式研磨，确保高精度，和高生产量，研磨工件直径由1mm
到50mm。多样化自动送收料机设计，操作方便，降低生产成本。其主要特色如下：
1、砂轮与调轮主轴皆由高质量的合金钢(SNCM-439)制造，经正常化、回火、渗碳硬化和深冷处理，再经
精密研磨过程，能提高主轴稳定性、确保不变形、及延长寿命。
2、独特砂轮液静压轴承和调整轮滚珠轴承，没有金属摩擦，提高刚性、精度。
二、NC数控系列RC-12NC\RC-18NC特点:
研磨范围（直径）：1-30mm 2-50mm
1．调轮搭配滚珠滚柱轴承，可达0.1μm的研磨精度。
2。在进行加工时，调轮可迅速接近工件进行加工。
3。砂轮可选配动压或液静压轴承。
4。2-3轴可进行砂轮修砂与调轮进给补偿。
5。MITSUBISHI PLC的控制器和伺服马达。
CNC系列：调轮主轴以滚动轴承取代动压轴承；调轮的伺服马达提供无段变速。3-6轴可进行砂轮修砂，调
轮修砂及调轮进给补偿。
NC系列：1-2轴可进行砂轮修砂与调轮进给补偿。
三、滚动轴承系列 (B系列)-12B\-16B\-18B\-20B
研磨范围（直径）: 1-30mm 2-50mm 2-40mm
特点:
1、滚动轴承系列 (B系列)
创新**的砂轮主轴不需要法兰，并整合斜进接触轴承和双支撑NN滚珠轴培，能维持主轴超高精度旋转和
高刚性。
2、合金轴承系列 (经济型系列)
由钢和磷青铜合金制成的动压轴承，搭配润滑油，其手工铲花能维持研磨主轴高精度旋转和刚性，承受**
小间距重削切研磨。
B系列：调轮主轴以滚柱轴承取代合金轴承；调轮的伺服马达提供无段变速；
四、液静压轴承系列 (H系列)RC-12H\RC-18H\RC-20H特点:
1. 砂轮主轴的液静压轴承系列(H系列)
由高压油膜所覆盖，能消除金属与金属间的摩擦、过热和漏油等问题，减少动力耗损，提高刚性和减震性
能。
2. 砂轮主轴的动压轴承系列 (经济型)
由钢和磷青铜合金制成的动压轴承，搭配润滑油，其手工铲花能维持研磨主轴高精度旋转和刚性，承受**
