全自动平面一拖一高速口罩生产线是由秦泰盛自主研发的全自动高速平面耳带口罩生产线，包括自动送料、自动输送、切断鼻梁条、口罩边缘焊接、折叠、超声波熔合、成型、切断、耳带焊接、自动出料等全程自动化，完成从卷料原材料到口罩成品的整个生产过程。

生产对象为**口罩主要由三层无纺布组成，外层是做了防水处理的无纺布，主要用于隔绝患者喷出的液体，中间的过滤层用的是经过驻极处理的聚丙烯熔喷无纺布；
