我们拥有四个制罐生产车间:两个全自动化制罐车间，配备20条自主研发设计的全自动制罐生产线，可适应多种罐型自动化生产。

一个10万级以下GMP车间，并且获得ISO22000认证，可以在无尘状态下完成冲压，生产及包装。

一个杂罐车间，完成各种类型工艺复杂的铁罐生产。

公司拥有强大的工程开发实力，拥有各种数控加工设备及30人的工程开发团队。不但可以自主设计生产各种制罐模具。而且可以根据不同罐型自主研发制造不同类型的全自动制罐生产线。为客户创造性价比更高的产品。

公司现在有ISO22000认证，迪士尼认证，GSV认证，沃尔玛认证，Sedes认证等。

Dongguan Renaultin Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008, and was successfully awarded the "National High-tech Enterprises" in 2018.

Renaultin is a professional enterprise in tin box producing. Covering an area of 20,000 square meters and having nearly one thousand sets of molds.

We have four workshops, which include 2 fully automated production workshops, containing 20 self-designed fully automatic production lines, to enable the automated production of tin boxes with various constructions. 

One GMP clean workshop, and obtained ISO 22000 certification, production and packaging can be completed in a dust-free state.

The company has strong engineering development strength, we have various CNC machining equipments and one engineering development team which has 30 staff, to enable us to design and open moulds of tin box independently, moreover, we can independently develop and manufacture different types of fully automatic tin box production lines according to different types of tin box, creating more cost-effective products for customers. 

The company now has ISO22000 certification, Disney certification, GSV certification, Wal-Mart certification, Sedex certification and so on.
